DELIVERY DRIVER

As a Delivery Driver, you will be a vital part of the customer service team at Morya Pty Ltd T/A Pizza Hut Jerrabomberra. We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual who is committed to delivering orders safely, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s licence, demonstrate strong driving skills, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude. At Morya Pty Ltd T/A Pizza Hut Jerrabomberra, as a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our brand, representing our values of reliability, efficiency, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include delivering pizzas and orders promptly, verifying order accuracy, handling payments, and ensuring food is transported safely and hygienically. You will also assist with basic vehicle checks, plan efficient delivery routes, and maintain clear delivery records. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Delivering pizzas to customers in a timely and courteous manner

•    Assisting with in-store food preparation and customer service

•    Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

•    Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

•    Following all safety and hygiene protocols

•    Navigating the roads with a blend of caution and efficiency, ensuring delivery are not just swift but safe.

•    Tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.

•    Handling cash and electronic payments responsibly

•    Verifying orders for accuracy before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction

•    Communicating effectively with the store team regarding delivery status and issues

•    Managing delivery schedules to optimise routes and reduce delivery times

•    Representing the brand positively while interacting with customers and the public

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•    AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) is required.

•    1 year experience of driving.

•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

REPORTING TO

The position reports to the Store Manager. 

WORKING HOURS

Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
