About the Role

As a Property Management Cadet, you'll support our Property Management team while learning the foundations of the industry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine inspections

• Attending and conducting open homes

• Completing Entry, Routine and Exit Condition Reports

• Assisting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio management

• Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors

• Learning industry legislation, systems and best practices

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

This role offers a clear pathway into a Property Manager position as you develop your skills and confidence.

Essential Requirements

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Current driver's licence

• Reliable motor vehicle
