We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing properties, building relationships with clients and suppliers, and overseeing all aspects of tenant relations. Our ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of property management and strong interpersonal skills. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction and retention through the relationships you build.

Your day-to-day:

Be a trusted advisor to our valued customers, building a deep understanding of the market and sharing these insights.
Monitor and work proactively to resolve our customers' issues and questions promptly, increasing customer satisfaction.
Work hand in hand with tenants and owners, maintaining regular communication.
Provide transparency by working with clients, proactively identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks.
Build and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs.
Keep informed of industry advancements, best practices, and changes that affect property management.

Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Additional Details

This is a Monday-to-Friday role where you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; there are no Saturdays, business development, or trust accounting responsibilities.

The right candidate will receive a remuneration package that includes a salary plus superannuation, a fuel allowance, a bonus structure, and a phone.
