Do you want to feel appreciated for the work you do?
Do you want to feel supported?

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing properties, building relationships with clients and suppliers, and overseeing all aspects of tenant relations. Our ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of property management and strong interpersonal skills. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction and retention through the relationships you build.

At Ray White Redcliffe, we leverage advanced property management systems to automate the repetitive, time-consuming administrative tasks that typically slow your day down. Our aim is to effectively eliminate the low-value, time-consuming aspects of a traditional property manager role, helping you focus on building client relationships.

This approach enhances communication between clients, colleagues, and contractors, allowing our team to work towards our goal of delivering customer service that sets a new benchmark for the industry.

Your day-to-day:
  • Be a trusted advisor to our valued customers, building a deep understanding of the market and sharing these insights.

  • Monitor and work proactively to resolve our customers' issues and questions promptly, increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Work hand in hand with tenants and owners, maintaining regular communication.

  • Provide transparency by working with clients, proactively identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks.

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs.

  • Keep informed of industry advancements, best practices, and changes that affect property management.

Our successful applicant will possess:
  • Relationship management: Customer-focused with a natural ability to engage, build relationships and understand the needs of our clients.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.

  • Integrity and Trustworthiness.

  • Problem-solving: You work towards action, are a good project manager, and are resourceful enough to get the job done.

  • Negotiation: Possess strong lease, payment and supplier negotiation skills and know when to tough it out or compromise to reach an agreement.

  • Curiosity: You are curious about the property market and how it works, and you are willing to learn, innovate, adapt, solve new problems, and dream big!

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
