Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio while being supported by a dedicated team?

Our client is a highly regarded and growing real estate agency seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their professional and supportive property management department.

The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 225 properties with the support of a dedicated Junior Property Manager who assists with tenant enquiries and out-of-office appointments. There is also scope for the portfolio to grow as the business continues to expand.

What's on Offer:

• Attractive salary package of $120,000 - $130,000
• Monday to Friday role – 8:30am to 5:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio of approximately 225 properties
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting lease renewals and rent reviews
• Managing arrears, maintenance and compliance matters
• Coordinating routine inspections and reporting
• Handling tribunal matters when required
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained

About You:

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
