We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators who want more than just a job.

This is not a “sit in the cab and disappear” role.

We want people who can think for themselves, take ownership of their work, and grow with the business.

We have Working Supervisor roles opening within the next 3 months.

For the right people based on capability, attitude, initiative, and performance — there is a real pathway to step up quickly into leadership.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring more than one operator, because we have different levels of experience and progression available:

✔ Operators who want to grow fast into leadership roles

and can already:

• Read and understand civil plans

• Work autonomously without being micromanaged

• Take ownership of site outcomes

• Lead by example on site

✔ Solid operators who want long-term stable work

who:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently

• Work well in a team environment

• Take pride in quality and safety

• Are reliable and consistent

Machines & Work Includes

• Excavators

• Skid steers

• Graders

• Water carts

• General civil plant across multiple sites

What This Role is NOT

✖ If you're just chasing the highest hourly rate
✖ If you're planning to head FIFO/mining in the short term
✖ If you need constant direction to get through the day
✖ If you're just “applying for anything going”

Essential:

• Proven civil machine operating experience

• Ability to read civil plans

• Strong safety focus

• Ability to work independently

• Relevant plant tickets

• White Card

Highly regarded:

• GPS / Machine control (Topcon etc.)

• HR Licence

• First Aid
