An exciting opportunity: To join Next Practice East Perth Medical Centre as a Practice Manager.
Location: L3-20, 99 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth WA 6004- Within the brand new Shoppe on Langley precinct in East Perth opposite Langley Park.
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

We have established and transformed our location within the brand-new Shoppe on Langley precinct in East Perth, into a state-of-the-art health beacon for the local community and creating a new kind of care for the future.
As Practice Manager you will ensure seamless clinic workflows, excellent patient care and productive business operations. Working together with the Clinical Director you will ensure provision of exceptional support services to medical providers and patients. You will contribute to the organisation’s success by providing administrative management, staff management and marketing while ensuring the highest standards of operation are maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities
To lead, supervise, mentor and develop a high performing practice team.
Oversee patient access, care coordination and offer empathetic solutions to patient concerns to improve patient care, experience and feedback.
Effectively organise and manage the recruitment and selection of staff.
Ensuring the practice achieves and maintains accreditation, complies with quality and safety standards and other legislative requirements.
Oversee management of the facility, equipment maintenance and inventories.
Key attributes and eligibility requirements:
Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a similar role (practice management).
Qualification in Health Administration, Health Services Management would be preferred.
Proficiency in healthcare software, practice management tools including Microsoft office.
Effective communication, strong leadership and organisational skills.
Demonstrated experience in effective staff management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment.
Good business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPIs and rostering.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and the ability to multitask.
A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
