The Person

• Previous experience in residential Property Management
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships confidently and professionally
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle repairs, maintenance requests, and tenancy matters efficiently
• Manage lease renewals, arrears, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate communication with trades, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive communication
• Oversee portfolio administration and daily workflow management
• Attend tribunal hearings when required
