Property Manager

This is a hands-on, end-to-end Property Management position where you'll manage your own portfolio, with new managements provided by our BDM division, supported by a structured, systems-driven environment.

• Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end

• Take on new managements and grow your portfolio

• Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections

• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades

• Monitor arrears and manage tenancy renewals

• Prepare leases, reports & tribunal applications

• Handle tenant onboarding, notices & disputes

• Provide regular communication and advice to landlords

• Current Real Estate Registration & Driver's Licence required

• Previous Property Management experience required

• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation

• Highly organised with excellent time management

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
