The Role:

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 140 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio performance
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice

The Person:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
• Certificate of Registration essential, Real Estate Licence is a must
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
