The Person

• Previous Property Management experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills

The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties end-to-end
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections with detailed reporting
• Manage bond claims and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage rent arrears proactively
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Oversee lease renewals and rent reviews
• Maintain accurate records through property management software
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and agency policies
• Provide regular property updates and communication to landlords
