The Opportunity
 
Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio while being supported by experienced leadership and a structure designed to help you succeed.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
- Managing a residential property portfolio with the support of dedicated administration assistance
 
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
 
- Conducting routine communication with clients and providing exceptional service
 
- Managing maintenance, tenancy matters and day-to-day portfolio requirements
 
- Handling negotiations and conflict resolution when required
 
- Working closely with support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
 
What You'll Bring
 
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
 
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
 
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
