About the Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll take charge of a well-maintained residential portfolio centred around Kensington and neighbouring suburbs. You’ll work alongside a supportive property management team with the latest technology, streamlined systems, and an approachable leadership style that values balance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of a local residential portfolio
  • Conduct routine inspections, coordinate maintenance, and manage lease renewals
  • Build lasting, positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
  • Collaborate with leasing and business development teams
About You
  • Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in property management (1–3 years ideal)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
  • A proactive, service-focused attitude
  • Current driver’s licence
