Our Client:

An independently owned real estate agency offering expert property management and sales services. With a unified approach across all office the team helps investors and renters maximize their experience. They are now looking to have a Senior Property Manager join the team and contribute towards this successful business.
  
Duties
  
Manage a portfolio of circa 200 residential properties and guide/mentor a Property Management Associate. Some tasks include:

• Management of circa 200 residential properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Carryout out inspections (in / routines / final)
• Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
• Minimise arrears and maximise returns for your owners  

Specific requirements:

• Prior experience managing a portfolio
• Be passionate about being a PM, and someone who enjoys cultivating strong relationships 
• A current RE Certificate or License
• Access to a reliable car and valid Drivers License
