This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, take ownership of your portfolio and continue developing your career within a business focused on growth and success.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Property Management role suited to someone who is organised, detail-driven and confident managing both the operational and client-facing aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve tenancy applications

  • Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and associated documentation

  • Advertise available properties and manage leasing enquiries

  • Conduct open inspections and coordinate leasing activity

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trades and contractors

  • Conduct routine, ingoing and final inspections

  • Manage rent arrears and complete rent reviews

  • Handle bond lodgements, transfers and claims

  • Prepare and attend tribunal matters where required

  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures

  • Work closely with the BDM team throughout onboarding and leasing processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in residential property management

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

  • A solution-focused mindset with accountability for outcomes

  • Sound knowledge of property management systems and processes

  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

What We Offer
  • A structured environment with established systems and support

  • Ongoing training, development and leadership support

  • A collaborative and positive team culture

  • The opportunity to organically build your own quality portfolio

  • Career progression opportunities within a growing business

  • A long-term role focused on sustainable growth and success

If you are looking for a Property Management role where you can genuinely grow your career, build strong client relationships and be part of a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you.
