Montgomery Advisory is representing a national firm on an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join a growing Insurance (CTP) team based in Sydney.

This role will see you working across a broad range of insurance litigation matters, including complex liability disputes, catastrophic injury claims, fraudulent claims and damages matters.

This is a high-volume practice offering excellent hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop into a subject matter expert within the CTP and personal injury space. You will work closely with senior lawyers and benefit from strong mentoring and career development support within a collaborative national team.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in defendant insurance litigation (plaintiff lawyers will also be considered).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple files and manage priorities.
