Appointment Setter / Sales Representative

Salary: Base + Massive Uncapped Weekly Commissions
Hours: Full Time | In Office Only

This is not your typical call centre role.

You'll work directly alongside Cameron Profitt (@cameronprofittt), learning from a team that generates millions in revenue for service businesses across Australia through Google Ads, SEO, Websites and Social Media Marketing.

We're growing fast and looking for ambitious people who want to build a real career in sales, not just punch a clock.

Whether you're completely new to sales or already have experience, you'll be trained by a team that lives and breathes lead generation, cold calling and closing deals.

Our biggest service is Google Ads and we are exceptionally good at it.

What You'll Learn

You'll start by mastering appointment setting and learning the foundations of high-level sales:

• Opening calls with confidence
• Building rapport quickly
• Handling objections naturally
• Qualifying prospects properly
• Setting appointments that actually show up
• Understanding how real sales conversations work

As your skills improve, you'll progress into running your own meetings, managing your own pipeline and closing your own deals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cold calling businesses across Australia
• Speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Booking qualified appointments for our sales team
• Learning proven scripts, frameworks and sales psychology
• Shadowing experienced closers
• Running sales meetings as you progress
• Managing your own calendar and opportunities
• Selling Google Ads, SEO, Websites and Social Media Marketing
