Team Lead – Administration

As Team Lead within our Administration function at GROW, you will:

  • Support, coach and mentor your team
  • Manage workflows to ensure your team SLA's are met
  • Support the Head of Administration in delegated tasks
  • Provide input and feedback into business enhancements
  • Support any client enquiries
  • Manage business incident remediation
  • Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clients

To be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading a Superannuation Administration team
  • Strong experience in superannuation administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great problem‑solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • High level of attention to detail
