Forgesoft, a technology company, operating globally across AI, infrastructure, Fintech, distributed systems, and next-generation consumer technology products, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for the role of Staff Mobile Engineer. This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications for early-stage ventures. As a key member of the core engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the mobile strategy, mentoring other engineers, and making architectural decisions that impact multiple ventures across diverse industries.
This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive high-impact projects from concept to completion. Leadership experience is essential, as you will be expected to guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex mobile projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead Mobile Application Development: -Architect, develop, test, maintain, and deploy mobile applications across a variety of ventures, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.
-Take ownership of the end-to-end product delivery process, including security considerations, code reviews, testing, quality assurance, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Strategic and Architectural Leadership:
-Identify opportunities for innovation and lead efforts to continuously improve engineering practices within Launchpad, enhancing the quality and impact of the products delivered. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
