St Mark’s Anglican Community School is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our casual IT Support Technician pool. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, student-centred IT help desk environment.

We are building a rolling pool of technicians, with flexible casual opportunities available for those able to commit to approximately 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline IT support to students

  • Troubleshoot student device issues (hardware, software, connectivity)

  • Deliver friendly, clear, and efficient customer service

  • Log and manage requests through the help desk system

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

  • Assist with basic device setup and maintenance

About You

You are someone who:

  • Is self-motivated and takes initiative

  • Enjoys helping others and has a strong customer service mindset

  • Communicates clearly with non-technical users

  • Thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment

  • Is reliable and able to commit to regular casual shifts

Skills & Experience (Desirable)

  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in customer service or help desk environments

  • Interest in IT, education technology, or pursuing a career in the field
