Marketing Assistant | CheekyGlo | Sydney (Lidcombe) | Part-Time to Full-Time

We're a fast-moving beauty and e-commerce brand looking for a marketing all-rounder to grow with us.

This isn't a role with a fixed job description. What you work on will shift based on what the business needs, so you'll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping between projects without losing momentum. One week might be deep in an EDM campaign, the next you're helping shape a product launch or digging into paid ads performance.

What you'll be across:

Email marketing (EDMs) and campaign execution
Content strategy, both organic and paid
New product launches from concept through to market
Paid ads management across relevant platforms
Sales support and performance tracking
Organic content strategy
New product development (when the business calls for it)

What we're looking for:

You're an independent thinker who doesn't need hand-holding. You pick things up fast, you're self-motivated, and you actually enjoy figuring things out. You're the kind of person who gets things done before being asked, and done properly.

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience required. E-commerce experience is non-negotiable. Beauty industry experience is a big bonus. You'll need to be genuinely organised because the pace here is real, and the ability to transfer skills fluidly across different responsibilities is what's going to make you thrive.

The setup:

The role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time based on performance. You'll be based in Lidcombe, Sydney.
