We're partnering with a well‑established global mobility brand to recruit a Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to lead digital growth, e‑commerce performance and customer acquisition across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is stronger in ecommerce than traditional marketing, and ready to step into a broader, commercially exposed role within a recognised international business. You'll work closely with local and global stakeholders, lead a small team, partner with agencies, and play a key role in driving e‑commerce growth, customer acquisition and brand performance. This is a genuine leader‑doer role. Perfect for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives on performance, loves working with data and optimisation, and still wants exposure to broader marketing and brand initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
Ecommerce & Digital Performance
  • Own ecommerce and digital performance across Australia & New Zealand
  • Drive revenue growth across CRM, paid media, SEO, affiliates and digital acquisition channels
  • Analyse customer funnels, conversion metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Partner closely with commercial and operational teams on pricing, promotions and revenue performance
  • Support digital customer journey and website optimisation initiatives
Marketing & Brand
  • Support brand awareness, acquisition and customer engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to partnership campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver local execution of broader strategic initiatives
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor a small team
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across commercial, sales, operations and finance
  • Work with global stakeholders to deliver ecommerce initiatives locally
About You
  • 5+ years' experience across ecommerce, digital or growth marketing
  • Strong ecommerce capability with a commercial mindset
  • Experience across CRM, performance marketing and digital optimisation
  • Exposure to customer journey, conversion or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Commercially minded
  • Data‑driven but people‑focused
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves
  • Collaborative and adaptable
