• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the Ready Mixed Concrete industry
• High level customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• University or Trade degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Industrial Market Field.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Knowledge and previous merchandising experience in the concrete industry (desirable).
