The culture is performance-driven, collaborative and aligned to developing high-potential talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Associate works closely with a Business Development Executive to support broker relationships, drive pipeline activity and contribute to settlement outcomes. This role is central to prospecting new relationships, managing a portfolio of brokers and ensuring applications progress efficiently from approval through to settlement. It is well suited to someone early in their BDM career or with strong sales support experience who is motivated by targets, relationship building and progression into a senior business development role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Business Development Executive with broker relationship management and pipeline oversight
  • Prospect, accredit and manage a portfolio of core broker customers
  • Assist brokers through tier progression by driving engagement and deal flow
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations and broker development activities
  • Manage applications from approval through to settlement, including refinances
  • Deliver strong service outcomes and maintain high broker satisfaction scores
ABOUT YOU

You are commercially minded, relationship-focused and highly organised. You enjoy working in a sales-aligned environment and are motivated by performance metrics and settlement outcomes. Strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to prioritise effectively are critical, along with a proactive approach to supporting brokers and internal stakeholders.

KEY BENEFITS

This role offers a compelling mix of short- and long-term rewards, including competitive base salary, quarterly incentives and annual performance bonuses aligned to both individual and business performance. Employees also have access to wealth-building initiatives such as a team investment plan and discounted home loan options, alongside structured learning programs, education reimbursement and personal development planning. Flexible working arrangements, monthly wellbeing days, strong recognition programs and leadership development opportunities support a high-performance culture where motivated sales professionals can build long-term careers.
