About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and serving customers

• Taking food and beverage orders

• Delivering meals and drinks efficiently

• Operating POS and processing payments

• Maintaining café cleanliness and presentation

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Supporting team members during busy service periods

• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
