ABOUT US

SBTA is one of the leading Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) providing Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs to International students. We are committed to providing quality training and assessment to our student cohort and are seeking dynamic trainers and assessors to join our team. We are hiring for both roles Marketing and Project management.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

You must demonstrate that you:                       

• Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or newer 

• Have current industry skills, knowledge and vocational qualifications directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided

• Have current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform your training and assessment.

• Undertake annual professional development in the fields of learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.

• Hold professional memberships to inform your training and assessment practices

In addition, you MUST also have one of the following qualifications:

For Project Management:

BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice

BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management

BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management

For Makreting:

BSB40820 CERTIFICATE IV IN MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

BSB50620 DIPLOMA OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

BSB60520 ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
