Full-Time | 4-Day Week | On-Site – Forrestfield

Safescape is seeking a proactive and dedicated Production Team Member to join our small but dynamic production team. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing and dispatch operations - including rotational moulding, production fit-out, order picking / loading and general support to maintain high quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating within our rotational moulding and production areas
Assembling and fitting out products to specification
Picking, packing and loading customer orders for delivery
Working closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets

Someone adaptable to changing priorities and production demands
The capacity to quickly learn new skills and apply them effectively
A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
The ability to maintain a level of fitness to be able to perform in a physically demanding role
Experience with hand and power tools (preferred)
Previous experience in a factory or rotational moulding environment is a bonus - but not essential
Individuals who are able to work early morning and/or late afternoon shifts
Forklift license is desirable
