As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Working with a combination of warm leads, referral opportunities, and your own prospecting activities, you will play a key role in growing our rent roll and expanding the HERE Property brand across the market.

You'll be given the autonomy to manage your own schedule, build your personal brand, and develop business growth strategies, all while being supported by an experienced team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners

  • Identify, generate, pursue, and secure new business opportunities

  • Engage with prospective landlords and investors to understand their needs.

  • Ensure smooth and compliant handovers to the property management team

  • Represent the business at networking and industry events

  • Convert warm leads and prospecting opportunities into new managements.

  • On the road meeting clients, with flexibility to manage your own schedule

About You

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Business Development or Property Management

  • Current WA Property Management Registration

  • Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proven ability to convert opportunities into managements

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Competitive base salary based on experience, including superannuation, fully maintained take-home vehicle with fuel, mobile phone and genuine commission structure that rewards performance.
