Front End Loader Operator - Sales

About the role
Karreman Quarries is seeking reliable, passionate, and experienced Front End Loader Operators to join our Sales Team at our Mount Cotton quarry.

This is a permanent full-time position offering stable, long-term employment with a well-established and growing Queensland business. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Front End Loader, accurately loading customer trucks using certified scales, loading fixed plant, and moving a variety of quarry materials throughout the site.

What you'll be doing

1. Operating Front End Loaders safely and efficiently to load customer trucks and fixed plant.

2. Moving and stockpiling a variety of quarry materials across the site.

3. Accurately loading customer trucks using certified scales.

4. Conducting routine inspections and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

5. Providing excellent customer service to drivers and customers on site.

6. Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.

What we're looking for

1. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.

2. Proven experience operating Front End Loaders within the quarrying, mining, construction, or related industries.

3. Previous experience loading customer trucks in a sales environment is highly regarded.

4. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.

5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

6. Current Australian Driver's Licence.

7. Commitment to workplace health and safety.

8. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
