Management Team Assistant (MTA) | Melbourne (Full‑time)

Hours: 9:00am – 5:15pm (agile working may be available depending on business needs)

Location: Melbourne

What you’ll do
  • Provide confidential admin support to practice groups and keep operations moving
  • Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and domestic/international travel
  • Act as the go‑to contact for enquiries and operational matters
  • Coordinate leave calendars, floor coverage, and interstate office bookings
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets and support expense processing
  • Support onboarding, training and team integration
  • Help deliver internal communications, projects, initiatives, events and reward & recognition activities
  • Handle general admin (including ergonomic assessments) and ad‑hoc support
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in a support role for senior staff
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence picking up new systems quickly
  • Clear communication and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Sharp judgement, discretion, and a proactive, solutions‑focused style
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging tech, and a desire to find better ways to work
