Are you a driven Business Development Manager who thrives in face-to-face sales and building strong client relationships?

Our client is looking for a motivated, self-starter to drive new business, grow market share, and strengthen relationships across SE Melbourne. You’ll work closely with the local BDE to ensure a collaborative and high-performing approach to the market.

Join a leading player in the automotive industry, partnering with some of the most recognised brands in the market. Take ownership of new business growth, manage existing accounts, and help expand presence in the Clayton and surrounding areas.

• $90k + Super + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Comms
• Working Model: Field-based with office support as needed

• Identify, target, and develop new client relationships.
• Work closely with the local BDE to foster collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive sales, client engagement, and account management activities.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships while retaining key accounts.
• Educate clients on services, processes, and points of difference.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally (essential).
• Self-motivated and confident working independently in a field-based role.
