Our client is a fast‑growing technology solutions provider helping Australian businesses modernise their IT environments through cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions. With a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, they partner with organisations to improve productivity, scalability, and security across their operations.

About the Company

They are looking to appoint a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their high‑performing sales team.

The Opportunity

This is a true hunter‑style role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, winning new business, and developing strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers, and delivering tailored cloud and managed services solutions to organisations across a variety of industries. The role offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities across cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with C‑level stakeholders and key business decision‑makers.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
About You
  • Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, New Business, or Hunter sales role.
  • Background selling IT services, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed solutions is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new logos and building sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and resilient approach to sales.
  • Experience working with Microsoft solutions or cloud technologies is advantageous.
