About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing strategic partnerships, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to support growth initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets
About You
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
