The role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Spatial and Customer Information to lead Council’s Spatial and Customer Information function through customer-focused services and accurate spatial information systems.
Reporting to the Coordinator Information Management, this role will be responsible for leading the team, managing Council’s Geographic Information System, property system and related datasets, and supporting the delivery of high-quality spatial products and services to internal and external customers.
This position also plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience through continuous improvement, service monitoring, stakeholder engagement and effective team leadership.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at $126,229 (Grade J, Step 1) plus 12% super.
