The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Sales Representative / Junior Business Development Manager who is ready to build a long-term career in sales.

Whether you already have some sales experience or are looking to step into a business development role for the first time, Bekkers is open to training the right person who brings the right attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn.

Working closely with leadership and marketing, you’ll support business growth by generating opportunities, building relationships, and helping clients find the right technology solutions for their business.

You must be excited by technology and believe that it can make a real difference to business operations and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry functions

  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up activity

  • Learn how to manage the sales process from enquiry through to close

Client & Sales Support

  • Respond to client enquiries and assist with solution discussions

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications

  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in CRM

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver great customer outcomes

Growth & Development

  • Develop your sales and relationship-building skills

  • Learn about technology products and business solutions

  • Contribute to team growth initiatives and marketing activities

  • Build confidence in networking, presenting, and client engagement

What You Bring

  • DRIVE, motivation, and genuine hunger to succeed in sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence speaking with people and building rapport

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or phone-based experience is highly regarded

  • A genuine interest in technology and client solutions is a MUST

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills

  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • Motivation to attend client meetings and networking events
