About the role
We are currently looking for a blender who can undertake production and machine operation activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out process and packing duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and within deadlines.
Operate company vehicles to transport goods between designated locations, adhering to schedules and delivery requirements.
Load and unload materials safely, ensuring compliance with axle weights, load restraint regulations, and company standards.
Perform filling, packing, labelling, and palletizing of products, maintaining quality and efficiency across various production lines.
Ensure all work practices meet company, safety, and environmental policies and legislative requirements.
Identify and report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or irregularities to management promptly.
Promote teamwork through open communication, reliability, and a commitment to a positive work environment.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in a fast-paced process work environment
HR Driving license not essential but preferable
Current forklift license
OH&S knowledge
Flexible working hours and available to work OT when and if required
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Excellent time management skills
Experience in working as a part of an operational team-based environment.
Reliable and good work ethic and problem-solving skills
Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
