The Role

• Work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, and customer service teams to identify business needs and process improvements.
• Analyse business processes, operational workflows, and system performance to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Partner with project managers and technical teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and process transformation initiatives.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions.
• Assist with testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.

About You

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working with business process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong documentation skills with experience producing business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a passion for driving business improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
