About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial administration skills with a genuine passion for fishing.

Ideally, you'll already have experience in a sales support, sales administration, customer service, marketing assistant or coordinator role and be looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within the fishing industry.

Our customers, retailers and team members are passionate anglers. Whether you're helping a customer, discussing products with a retailer, supporting a product launch or representing the brand at an event, the ability to speak confidently and authentically about fishing is important.

We can teach you the finer details of our products, systems and business. What we can't teach is the credibility that comes from genuinely understanding fishing and enjoying time on the water.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A genuine passion for fishing and the outdoors

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, sales support or marketing coordination

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and business systems

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn

Experience working with retailers, ERP systems, CRM platforms, retailer portals or within the fishing, outdoor or sporting goods industries will be highly regarded.

Why Join Nomad?
  • Work with some of Australia's most recognised fishing tackle brands

  • Join a growing Australian-owned global business

  • Work closely with experienced sales and marketing leaders

  • Exposure to sales, marketing, product launches and commercial operations

  • Attend trade shows, retailer events and industry activations

  • Genuine opportunities for career growth and development

  • Be part of a team that is passionate about fishing and the outdoors
