Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and driven Sales Support Coordinator to join one of our top-performing sales teams servicing Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing team, working alongside leading agents and gaining firsthand exposure to the fast-paced world of real estate sales.

The Opportunity

Based in our stunning modern office in Dulwich, this is a pivotal role that helps keep the wheels turning behind a busy and successful sales business.

No two days are the same. You'll be the go-to support person for the team, assisting with everything from property marketing and campaign coordination to client communication, sales administration and the countless moving parts involved in preparing and selling homes.

You'll be joining a team that is ambitious, collaborative and highly supportive, where individual contributions are valued and team success is celebrated. This is a role where you'll genuinely be part of the wins and play a key role in helping the team achieve its goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Property Marketing & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate photography, videography, floorplans and copywriting

  • Prepare and manage property listings across online platforms

  • Coordinate signboards, brochures and marketing collateral

  • Assist with social media scheduling and campaign promotion

  • General Sales & Administrative Support

  • Prepare auction packs and sales documentation

  • Process property sales accurately and efficiently

  • Liaise with conveyancers and key stakeholders throughout the sales process

  • Assist with contract administration and settlement coordination

  • Support agents and team leaders with day-to-day client management

  • General Team Support

  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, letters and flyers

  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers

  • Manage ad hoc tasks and priorities as they arise

  • Provide administrative support across all aspects of the sales process

  • Assist with on-road errands including attending building inspections, delivering client gifts, coordinating key collections and drop-offs, and managing signboard stickers
