The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, supporting, maintaining, and improving the organisation's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure business operations.

Task & responsibilities

Analysing network performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitoring and maintaining network systems, servers, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity and performance issues.
Implementing network security measures and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
Configuring and supporting LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud, and wireless network environments.
Assisting with network upgrades, installations, and system enhancements.
Preparing technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
Providing technical support and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Ensuring network availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualification & experience

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum one year of full time or equivalent relevant work experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network administration, network security, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking technologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
