TRUCELL PTY LTD is an Australian managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and clinical imaging technology provider that delivers accountable, security-minded support for organisations where uptime, governance and compliance matter. We are currently seeking a full-time IT Systems Analyst to join our team, with the role based in Parramatta, NSW. This position is 38 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will have at 3 plus years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor of Information Technology (Systems Administration). A competitive salary of $79,000 to $83,000, plus superannuation, is on offer.

Task & responsibilities

•    Researching, analysing, and advising on the procurement process according to business requirements.

•    Researching, testing, and evaluating new software, technologies, and processes by consulting with the supervisor.

•    Preparing and evaluating survey reports and log reports to assess the performance of applications.

•    Evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, system functionality, and behaviors.

•    Working in a team environment independently to consistently meet system design requirements and documentation for training and incident management.

•    Effectively communicating system changes or maintenance activities to impact stakeholders and preparing the required specifications aligned with end users, project business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and processing.

•    Meeting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.

•    Deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.

•    Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, monitoring system health, gathering system statistics, and troubleshooting reported errors and alarms.

•    Supporting the development of data processes, analysing data to find answers to specific questions, and developing, implementing, and maintaining databases. Investigating data issues related to critical data elements.

•    Develop and maintain ICT documentation, including knowledgebase articles, work instructions, policies, and operational procedures.

•    Planning the software development life cycle in different phases for a small to medium-sized business, including budgeting under the supervision of the supervisor.

•    Enhancing the functionality and quality of existing systems by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.

•    Carrying out daily assigned tasks, preparing reports for executive and project teams, creating visualizations of data, and participating in planning and meetings.

•    Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

•    Providing tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting: providing service support in diagnosing, resolving, and fixing workstations/cloud/server-related hardware and software malfunctions.

•    Set up and support of equipment such as laptops, printers, network switches and VoIP telephone handsets and 3CX Cloud-based phone systems.

•    Managing and providing Microsoft 365 support including Azure AD, Defender, Exchange, and SharePoint.

•    Maintaining, upgrading, and patching the existing systems, workstations and servers as required.

•    Providing operational support (on-site and remote) to our client’s sites as required.
