Product Owner

This role leads product delivery across enterprise technology initiatives within a complex industrial environment. You will align stakeholders, shape product vision, and drive agile execution across distributed teams.

Description

Define and communicate product vision and roadmap

Align stakeholders across business and technology teams

Lead agile ceremonies and product delivery cycles

Translate business needs into clear user stories

Prioritise backlog based on value and strategic goals

Collaborate with engineering, data and operations teams

Track delivery progress and manage risks/issues

Drive continuous improvement and product optimisation

International Travel; 4 weeks away and 2 weeks working in Perth.

Accommodation included with excellent facilities.

Profile

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience delivering in complex enterprise environments

Agile methodology expertise (Scrum, Kanban)

Ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes

Experience working with distributed or global teams

Strong problem solving and decision making capability

Background in industrial, mining, or heavy industry preferred

A 'nice to have' is to be able to speak the local language, BAHASA (Indonesian).
