Our client is an ASX-listed gold development company advancing a significant mineral project within the Asia-Pacific region. Backed by a substantial resource base, strong technical foundations and renewed project momentum, the organisation is progressing through Definitive Feasibility Study activities and positioning itself for development and construction readiness.
With major permits in place, ongoing optimisation work underway and project funding activities commencing, the company is strengthening its project delivery capability to support the successful execution of critical infrastructure and enabling works.
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Infrastructure & Engineering Superintendent to join the owner's team and play an important role in the delivery of infrastructure projects supporting a large-scale gold development.
Operating in a remote project environment, you will provide site-based leadership and technical oversight across a range of critical works including marine infrastructure, road construction, community relocation activities and supporting site infrastructure. You will act as the primary interface between the owner’s team and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of works while maintaining strong oversight of project fleet assets and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
You are an experienced engineering, construction or infrastructure professional with a strong track record overseeing contractors on large-scale mining, civil or major project developments.
You bring practical field-based leadership experience, excellent contractor management skills and the ability to balance safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives in challenging project environments.
