About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist & Marketing Support team member to join our growing business.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the company while providing valuable administration and marketing support to the broader team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that offers plenty of variety, combining reception, office administration, social media, promotions and event support.
No two days are the same.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
Manage meeting room bookings and appointments.
Maintain the presentation of the reception and office areas.
Assist with general office administration, filing and record management.
Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation as required.
Provide administrative support to the property management and leasing teams.
Assist with shopping centre promotions, events and community activities.
Update and maintain property listings across online platforms.
Assist with social media content and scheduling.
Prepare newsletters, retailer communications and promotional materials.
Liaise with retailers, suppliers and contractors regarding marketing activities.
Assist with photography, competitions, activations and centre events.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.

Experience with social media platforms, Canva or similar design programs is advantageous.
Current driver's licence essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.
