ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday| Hybrid Flexibility

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our National E-Salvage Team at our Salisbury Plains branch (5109). This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) offering stability and variety. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. Ready to bring energy and precision to a fast-paced team?

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers over the phone and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day.
• Keep things moving – Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, transport work orders, sales, credit card payments, and accurately prepare gate passes, drafts for payouts, and cancelled purchases.
• Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time.
• Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs.
• Be the backbone – Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless admin support

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
