H People is seeking an experienced Production Operator to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Yatala.

This is a physically active role — perfect for someone who prefers being on their feet and staying busy.
What We're Looking For:
The important parts:
- Starting at $37 an hour plus penalties
- After 4 weeks will transition to a Permanent
- Loading delivery trucks and transferring product within the yard
- Troubleshoot machine and product issues using logical fault-finding techniques
- Maintain tight control of specifications to prevent waste, rework and downtime
- Work closely with maintenance, quality and production teams to optimise performance
- Adhere to food safety and WHS requirements at all times
This is a physically active role — perfect for someone who prefers being on their feet and staying busy.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with machine operating
- concrete production (preferable)
- Forklift ticket with experience
- Ideal candidate for this role is someone with left-field forklift experience, ie NOT just moving pallets around a warehouse
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights
- Ongoing casual position with full-time hours
- Day and afternoon shifts with potential for overtime
- Supportive team environment and great company culture
