Key responsibilities
• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new corporate, government, and leisure opportunities across Adelaide and beyond.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry partners to create long-term commercial success.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that showcase the value of partnering with Quest King William South.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and the business.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to valued long-term partner.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline, consistently achieving growth targets and delivering measurable results.
• Represent Quest King William South at industry events, networking functions, and business forums to expand our presence and generate new leads.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage client relationships, track performance, and drive strategic business development initiatives.
• Be a key contributor to the continued growth and success of one of Adelaide's leading apartment hotels.

• A proven sales professional with a track record of driving business growth and exceeding targets.
• A natural hunter who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and winning new business.
• An exceptional communicator and negotiator who can influence decision-makers and create lasting partnerships.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using CRM platforms and business tools to drive performance and manage client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a high-performing team.
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Energised by ambitious targets and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Willing to be out in the market, networking, meeting clients, and representing the Quest brand.
• Hospitality, accommodation, travel, or corporate sales experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in contract negotiations and commercial deal-making will be viewed favourably.
