Ray White Surfers Paradise & Main Beach is seeking an ambitious, driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two of the Gold Coast's most recognised real estate businesses, backed by industry-leading systems, training and support. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about property, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Property Management portfolio by generating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with investors, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey.

You will be supported by an experienced Property Management team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: prospecting, building relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new management opportunities through prospecting, networking and marketing initiatives

• Conduct rental appraisals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors

• Manage and nurture a database of leads and referral partners

• Maintain accurate records and reporting of prospecting and growth activities

• Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless client onboarding

About You

You are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working towards goals and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

• High levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail

Skills & Experience

• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Previous experience in real estate, property management or sales

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Experience managing client relationships and generating new business opportunities
