Hardware Technician

Mobile Experts Brother Pty Ltd are currently seeking a full-time Hardware Technician for our business located in Nowra.

Your duties will include:

Assess software and hardware needs to develop effective solutions

Provide technical support by responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting issues

Modify and customise existing programs to meet user requirements

Install, configure, and update relevant software applications

Optimise the performance and efficient use of systems and equipment

Set up and manage computer networks

Design, develop, and maintain websites

Diagnose and repair peripheral devices such as printers, terminals, and modems

Repair and maintain mobile phones

In return you will receive:

• Package: $80000 per annum plus superannuation

• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
