The ICT Support and Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting, testing, maintaining, and improving the company's technology systems, simulator platforms, software applications, hardware infrastructure, and operational processes.

Task & responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems, software applications, simulation equipment, and peripheral devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and business technology platforms.
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of computer networks, internet connectivity, and communication systems.
  • Configure and support simulation hardware, gaming systems, display equipment, and related technology solutions.
  • Analyse system performance, identify operational issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality, stability, and user experience.
  • Perform testing and validation of software, simulator platforms, hardware configurations, and system upgrades to ensure compliance with operational requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to staff and users regarding software applications, systems usage, and operational procedures.
  • Liaise with software vendors, hardware suppliers, and external service providers to coordinate technical support activities and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate current technology infrastructure and provide recommendations regarding hardware upgrades, software improvements, system architecture, and future technology requirements.


Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ICT support, systems testing, technical support, software testing, quality assurance, or IT operations.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, networking, and system-related issues.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, nand system support processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to users.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Windows environments, networking, databases, hardware configuration, and system maintenance will be highly regarded.
