Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user requirements to design multimedia and web-based solutions.
- Design and develop websites, internet applications, and interactive media.
- Create digital animations, graphics, audio, video, and multimedia presentations.
- Develop and integrate code with multimedia elements such as images, audio, and scripts.
- Use multimedia software, programming languages, and authoring tools to build applications.
- Maintain and update websites and multimedia content for functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with network specialists on web hosting, security, and server performance.
- Implement user interface designs ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise multimedia applications and web solutions.
- Assist in developing internet strategies and web-based development plans
Requirements
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Multimedia, IT, Digital Media, or related field.
- Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in multimedia or web development.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools and technologies (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong skills in digital design, animation, and interactive media development.
